On Parent Device:
- Name, email address, phone number (registration)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- FCM token for push notifications
- Session authentication tokens
On Child Device:
- Notification content (app name, title, message body)
- Screen time data by application
- App usage duration statistics
- Call log metadata (number, duration, type)
- SMS metadata (sender, content preview)
- Battery level percentage
- Device model and identifier
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide real-time monitoring features to authorized parent accounts
- To sync child device data to parent dashboard
- To send push notifications to parent devices
- To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
3. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data only with:
- Firebase (Google): For push notification delivery (FCM)
- Our hosting providers: Under strict confidentiality agreements
- Law enforcement: Only when legally required
4. Data Retention
Notification logs are retained for 90 days. Call and SMS logs are retained for 60 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted during transmission using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is stored in encrypted databases. We implement industry-standard security practices including rate limiting, input validation, and session management.
6. Children's Privacy
TrueNotification is designed to protect children's digital safety. The child device's data is accessible only to the authorized parent account. We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling purposes.
