1. Eligibility
TrueNotification is intended for parents/guardians monitoring devices owned/used by their minor children with the child’s knowledge and applicable legal permission.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use only for lawful parental monitoring and safety
- Do not attempt to bypass security or access someone else’s account
- Do not use the app for harassment, stalking, or surveillance
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login/session and for all actions performed under your account.
4. Prohibited Use
- Monitoring adults without their explicit consent
- Monitoring a device you do not own or have legal authority over
- Using the app in violation of local privacy laws
5. Limitation of Liability
TrueNotification is provided “as is.” We are not liable for misuse, unauthorized usage, or legal consequences resulting from improper use of the app.
